Completed in 2022 this project comprised of 27 residential apartments in the leafy neighbourhood of Kirrawee. Named the Brushtail, this project focused on showcasing natural materials to reflect on its surroundings.

This modern and sophisticated building has 60 apartments spanning over 10 levels and features a roof top garden right beside Lidcombe Train Station. The development consists of 5 levels of basement parking and Ground Floor Retail shops. Finishes and materiality were carefully chosen for a robust modern approach ensuring longevity and low maintenance. The apartments are of a high amenity with a luscious rooftop common area.

The NURA Kingsway, currently under construction situated on Dharawal land celebrates the rich colours of nature and earth.
